We proudly wrapped up the three-day EIT Food Challenge Labs & Awareness Event 2025, which took place from 28.10 to 30.10, organized by Vita Nova – ZA doo Skopje, as the crowning achievement of Vita Nova Innovation Days!
At the final event, held at Mercedes-Benz Rooftop, twelve teams presented their innovative solutions to an expert jury composed of representatives from academia, industry, EIT Food and Inova – Agency for Innovation and Technological Development.
Each of them presented a bold vision for the future of food – through personalized and preventive food, digitalization, smart sensors, drone technology and environmentally innovative solutions.
Special thanks to the jury and panelists for their contribution, professionalism and inspiring discussions that colored this event.
Thanks also to all the mentors, representatives from universities, chambers of commerce, and young entrepreneurs who contributed to making this finale a true celebration of innovation.
